Senior Construction Project Manager (with Nuclear experience)
Main Tasks
Leading and providing professional support to project team
Liaising with client, contractors, project partners
Contributing to the preparation of tenders
Participation in architectural and technical tasks, liaising with the various disciplines
Checking technical requirements relating to construction design documents
Continuous inspection of technical contents, making suggestions to non-conformities and error corrections
Assisting in checking the expertise of the construction work and of the building and installation work on the basis of the approved architectural and technical documentation as well as the construction documentation
Controlling costs and coordinating technical changes professionally during execution
Contributing to the resolution of technical issues
Quality assurance of project activities
Requirements
Higher education in architecture or civil engineering
At least 5 years of experience as a project manager, technical supervisor or site manager
Professional commitment
Solid English knowledge
Reliability, accuracy
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, proactive and open-minded attitude
Category B driving license
Advantage
Experience in leading a complex project
Experience in nuclear or conventional energy projects or in nuclear power or nuclear energy project
Valid technical inspector or expert licence according to the OAH professional register
