Participate primarily in project execution, supervision and management of large-scale (more than 10 000 m2) projects:
on-site construction supervision
change management (change follow-up, extra work approval)
schedule inspection, follow-up
participation in contacting professional contractors and coopeartions
Professional Project Manager of Discipline will be provided by ÓBUDA Group, assigning tasks according to instructions of Project Manager
Requirements
Required professional construction supervisor permission (ME-G)
Several years of professional experience where you’ve already proven your abilities
Proficient and active German language skills
Advanced skills in error lister software and collaboration platforms
B category driver’s license and willingness to travel in the region
Advantage
Experience in industry investment projects with similar large-scale in similar position
Construction project experience in German methodology (HOAI)
Communication level English language skills
