QUALITY ENGINEER (NYÍRBÁTOR)

Main Tasks
  • Quality supervision of the production area covered by his/her job, active participation in the operation and further development of the quality system
  • Monitoring the quality performance of manufactured products, analyzing the results and implementing and coordinating actions
  • Handling customer complaints, deviations, developing corrective and preventive actions as a team, monitoring and managing their implementation
  • Conduct internal audits and support external audits
  • Preparing weekly, monthly reports, conducting training for development
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quality or technical field
  • At least 3 years of quality assurance experience (automotive core tools knowledge preferred)
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of quality problem solving and analysis methods (8D, Pareto, 5Why, Ishikawa)
  • Proactive and determined personality
