Job details, tasks
  • Daily supervision and support of manual and automated production processes (production equipment and testers).
  • Ensuring that the production equipment readyness for production, coordinating the problem solution in the event of a breakdown, following the prescribed escalation process.
  • In case of quality non-conformity, stop production and inform quality management.
  • Daily monitoring of efficiency indicators of manual production processes.
  • Continuous improvement of the efficiency of manual production processes, creation of efficient material flow, balancing and reducing the cycle time of the stations.
  • Actively participating in the daily analysis of non-conforming products generated during the manual production process and taking corrective measures.
  • Active participation in error analysis of customer complaints.
  • Active participation in the introduction of new products.
  • Development of the production process and documentation required for the production of new products.
  • Coordinating the installation of production equipment related to the introduction of the new product, as well as supporting the ramp-up of production.
  • Preparation and maintenance of engineering documentation (Layout, production tool maintenance instructions, work instructions, technological instructions)
  • Development of regular maintenance of manual production equipment and the necessary documentation.
  • Professional supervision of the work of maintenance workers.
  • Professional knowledge of automatic production processes, replacement if necessary
  • Active participation in the development of automatic production processes.
  • Initiation and management of Continuous Development and scrap and cost reduction projects.
  • MES and traceability system operation
  • Designing a factory and production with a LEAN approach
Requirements
  • College or University Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Process Engineer experience, automotive knowledge
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949 – not a must
  • Negotiation-level knowledge of English
