Mechanical Technical Office Engineer

Main Tasks

Regularly review the contractor’s and subcontractors’ schedules as compared to the master schedule and provide comments for corrective and recovery actions regarding contract compliance.
Regularly review and control the progress of the projects both physically and financially.
Tracking the procurement and purchasing.
Ability to review claims, variation orders,
Schedule forecasting and provide forensic delay analysis.
Assist with other matters such as procurement, evaluation of subcontractors’ pre-qualification, reviewing of Method Statements, problem-solving, etc.
To consolidate and control daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Presenting schedule updates to senior management.

Requirements

Graduated from Mechanical Engineering departments of universities,
Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Technical Office Engineer,
Having experience in Superstructure or Industrial Projects will be an asset.
Fluent proficiency in Hungarian and English,
Willing to work in a team,
Organization and reporting skills.
Proficient in using Excel, Autocad,
Good communication skills and well-motivated
No obstacle to travel to other countries and stay there long term.
