In order to strengthen our IT Team in ZEISS Vision Care Business Group, we are seeking a
ERP Support (IT)
for our mátészalka office:
Main Tasks
Support ERP users, register their daily problems
Track and riport of change requests and incidents
Support the release of new updates, monitor and develop further interfaces
Support the project teams before/during the introduction of new processes
Support high level planning, prepare specifications
Configure and test new software versions, create documentations
Analyze emerging problems, develop solutions in close cooperation with the development team
Develop SQL/Linux/Windows scripts for business processes
Be responsible for maintenance and monitoring of servers
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, industrial engineering, computer science or equivalent experience to substitute for degree
Minimum 2-year IT experience in manufacturing environment
Experience with Linux and Windows servers
Practical knowledge of Oracle databases as well as SQL scripting
Solution-oriented, structured way of thinking
Fluent in English on a business level
Independent, proactive, good problem solving and communication skills
