We are looking for an experienced senior project manager with in-depth knowledge of SAP ERP to successfully implement our corporate projects. As a senior project manager, you are responsible for the management and implementation of demanding SAP ERP projects. You will work closely with various teams to ensure projects are on target, on schedule and on budget.

Main Tasks
  • Manage and control complex SAP ERP projects from planning to implementation, including the definition of goals, requirements, schedules and budgets.
  • Working with relevant stakeholders to develop a clear project vision and strategy and ensure projects meet business needs.
  • Leading and motivating the project team to ensure optimal performance and collaboration.
  • Monitor and control project progress, resource allocation and budget to ensure project objectives are met.
  • perform risk management and proactive apply corrective action when challenges arise to minimize project delays or budget overruns.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between the teams involved, including internal IT departments, external service providers and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, processes and policies throughout the project cycle.
  • Overseeing the implementation of SAP ERP systems, including the configuration, customization and integration of modules.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a project manager in the SAP ERP area, preferably as a senior project manager.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP ERP systems and processes.
  • Experience in the management and implementation of complex SAP ERP projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with change management principles and practices.
  • Completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a similar qualification.
